Consultation cancellations

Your appointment time is reserved for you, and we understand that unexpected things can come up. If you need to cancel or change your booking, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. A $30 cancellation fee applies if less than 24 hours’ notice is given or if the appointment is missed. This allows our practitioners to offer your appointment time to another patient.

Consultation refunds

Thrive processes consultation fees on behalf of our practitioners. These fees are charged at the time of booking. Refunds apply only to paid review appointments, which cost $29, and only when cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
